Vintage BRIO wooden push car toy most likely made in the 1960's or 1970's. It is missing it's brand sticker, however the residue where the label once was placed is still visible. This is a PREOWNED toy and has typical wear. Company History: Brio (stylized BRIO)is a wooden toy company founded in Sweden. The company was founded in the small town of Boalt, Scania, Gӧtaland in1884 by basket maker Ivar Bengtsson. For a long time, the company was based in Osby, Scania, in southern Sweden. In 1908 Ivar's three sons took the company over and gave it the name"BRIO", which is an acronym for: BRӧ derna ('the brothers') I varsson (in) Osby. In 2006 BRIO moved its headquarters to Malmo, Scania.
